Clear Sight

I believe that behind every business is a person with a story, a family, and a dream.

My journey began almost 20 years ago in accountancy, building experience across a variety of firms before progressing into senior management and leadership roles. I spent part of my career as a Senior Manager within a top 25 accountancy practice, working with a diverse portfolio of clients and providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services. I later moved into Head of Operations roles, where I discovered my passion for helping businesses improve performance, create efficient systems, and achieve sustainable growth.

However, what I enjoyed most was never the spreadsheets or tax returns. It was the people behind them.

I founded ClearSight because I wanted to build something different. Too many business owners felt overwhelmed by numbers, uncertain about their future, and unsupported by traditional accountants. I wanted to create a firm that goes beyond compliance and helps business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control.

Outside of work, I am a husband and father. One of my sons is autistic, which has given me a deep appreciation for patience, resilience, and the importance of helping people reach their full potential. It has also sparked a personal interest in autism and supporting individuals and families affected by it.

I am passionate about health and wellbeing. I enjoy running, regularly take part in charity fundraising events, and spend time in the gym whenever I can. Healthy living helps me stay focused, disciplined, and energised, both in business and in life.

Above all, I am passionate about helping others succeed. There is no greater reward than seeing someone grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Whether I am advising a business owner, mentoring someone, or supporting a community initiative, that sense of helping others move forward is what motivates me every day.

At ClearSight, we believe accounting should be about more than numbers. It should be about people, relationships, and helping businesses build a better future.
